- Implementing the Fondwa Orphanage.
- Implementing of the University of Fondwa. (www.ufondwa.org)
- Implementing Fondwa High School.
- Created a collection of 20 springs with connections including construction of 10 public fountains & 7 water tanks.
- a program for soil protection, environment protection and reforestation. Over 500,000 trees have been planted.
Income Generating Activities & Construction:
- including a restaurant in Fondwa, a construction office, a Concrete Block Production center, a Carpentry Shop, a Transportation Service, a Gravel Station etc . . .
- Construction of 12 km of unimproved road in clay and paving of 1,5 km in concrete.
- Implementation of a community radio station.
- Conference & event rooms for rent with food service.

- Implementation of two projects: animal production and agricultural production.
- Helped with the creation & Implementation of Fondwa Credit Union (KOF) & forming FONKOZE, a micro finance institution of Haiti. (www.fonkoze.org).
- Implementing a Farm2Table e-Commerce system to begin connecting food & resources to Haitian people.
